Over the years I've used many combinations of oils to periodically treat my long hair. This is the first time I have tried Biotin oil.
It is about the best that I have ever used.
This Biotin oil has a light pleasant scent. A little does go a long way and it was easy to apply because it isn't heavy. It didn't leave my hair overly soft and flat like some oils. I didn't use a wrap or heat but I guess you could?
I worked it gently through my scalp and my trouble spots like the ends of my hair. I left it on about a half hour, then washed and conditioned like normal.
It left my hair looking shiny and feeling really healthy and nourished.
I don't know about the growth part since I have only used it once but it stopped my scalp from itching which is a constant summer plague for me.
