Covid 19 Shipping & Handling Status

UPDATE 5/15/20

We are very happy to announce that we have resumed shipping on a daily basis. Your orders will now be processed and shipped daily. 

- We have returned to full operations
and processing orders daily (M-F)
- Our shipping carriers are showing some delays in transit. 

We do ask your patience as we are seeing some delays from our shipping carriers. Please give your package a few extra days to arrive.

PREVIOUS UPDATE: 3/25/20

Due to the ongoing Covid19 outbreak, our fulfillment center is operating on a limited shipping schedule, in order to ensure the safety of our warehouse employees and front-line staff. 

As such, orders may take somewhat longer to arrive than our usual expedited turnaround schedule:

- We are shipping orders on a twice weekly schedule.
- Orders may have up to a 5 day turnaround time.

We sincerely apologize for the delay, these are unusual times and we want to ensure the safety of our employees by practicing safe, social distancing practices. By limiting our shipping in this manner, it allows us to do so effectively.
