If you are not completely satisfied with the products you buy from us, email or call to arrange a replacement or refund.  When we receive your merchandise, we'll refund the full purchase price to the credit card used to order the merchandise.

1. Call us for a Return Merchandise Number, which you can get from our customer service department.  Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm EST.

2. Please placed the items in their original packaging, and ship your return merchandise back to us.

3. Make a copy of the invoice slip that came with your merchandise and include it with the return.

If you request a refund, please allow 5 business days from when we receive your return for a credit to appear on your credit card.

Tracking your Order

Currently we ship most orders via the United States Postal Service.  We ship all orders over $40 by UPS.  Customers are sent a confirmation email on the day or day after the order has been shipped.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.  If you have not recieved your order 10 days after receiving a confirmation email please contact us.
